Committee Meeting Minutes

Minutes of the Golf Costa Adeje – Rabbits Society
Committee Meeting –  Saturday 18th
June 2011

Request
for reimbursement of Admin Charge

The Committee considered this request and decided that as the charge is an
Administration Charge to offset the Time/Cost involved in making necessary
changes resulting from short notice cancellation, the request for reimbusement
is not accepted.

     

    Production
    of Local Rules.

      Peter and Les (H&L Motors) have this in hand.

         

        Formal request from Society Member re: Paying into the weekly Swindle.

          The Committee have reversed the decision to allow Society Members to pay only into
          the weekly challenges. The decision was based on the need to ensure that all
          members contribute on an even basis.  10%
          of the 7€ paid in is put into the central fund to offset the cost of Society
          Functions and Subsidies paid for away events etc.
          With immediate effect all Society Members will pay 7€ per head into the swindle,
          this means that all Members are paying a fair share into the central fund. Non Members/Guests
          may pay 1€ per challenge i.e. NP, LD, M2 or any other challenge, they do not
          however qualify for cash prizes or the Hole In One fund.
          Society Rules to be updated  accordingly.

             

            Additional Committee Members.

              If the Society Members wish to have additional Committee Members then any such
              addition will be considered at the next AGM providing such is put forwarded and
              secoded appropriately.

                 

                Away Subsidised Round of Golf

                  Stephen Moore will approach Las America’s and negotiate a suitable deal, which if
                  agreeable to the Committee,  will take
                  place end of July time. Further information to follow.
                  There
                  being no other businness the Meeting closed at 14:45.
